Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place the spears on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Toss the asparagus with 0.5 tbsp of olive oil, 0.25 tsp of sea salt, and 0.125 tsp of black pepper.
Roast the asparagus in the oven for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly charred at the tips.
While the asparagus roasts, season the chicken breast evenly with the remaining sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Heat the remaining 0.5 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken in the skillet and sear for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the ghee, minced garlic, and the juice of the half lemon to the pan, spooning the melting sauce over the chicken.
Plate the chicken alongside the roasted asparagus and drizzle any remaining pan juices over the top before serving.
