Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey with the sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until fully browned and crumbled.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour, stirring until a dough ball forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a dusting of extra flour.
Place the dough on the parchment paper and roll it out into a thin circle, approximately 9 inches in diameter.
Cut the string cheese sticks in half lengthwise and place them around the perimeter of the dough, about half an inch from the edge.
Fold the outer edge of the dough over the cheese sticks and press firmly to seal the stuffed crust.
Spread the tomato puree evenly over the center of the dough and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Top the pizza with the cooked ground turkey, turkey pepperoni, and chopped Canadian bacon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese inside the crust is melted.
Allow the pizza to cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
