Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside on a plate.
Add the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the same skillet, then add the diced sweet potatoes, onions, and bell peppers.
Sauté the vegetables for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized.
Stir the cooked turkey back into the skillet along with the garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
Add the chopped kale and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the leaves are wilted and bright green.
Serve immediately while hot and fragrant.
