While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breast with half of the sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for 3 minutes before slicing it into bite-sized strips.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes, sautéing for 2 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and toss for 1 minute until just wilted.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet along with the sliced chicken, lemon juice, and the remaining seasonings.
Toss everything together until well combined and serve immediately.
