Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side until golden.
Transfer chicken to the baking sheet, top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella, and bake for 10 minutes.
Lightly sauté the zucchini noodles in the remaining skillet juices for 2 minutes until just tender.
Serve the crispy chicken over the noodles and garnish with fresh basil.
