Pour in the chicken bone broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and allow the rice to cook undisturbed for 10 minutes to help develop the socarrat crust.
Arrange the shrimp and mussels on top of the rice, cover the pan, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until the seafood is opaque and the mussels have opened.
