PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a small baking dish with a light coating of oil.
Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside to cool.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the avocado oil and brown the ground turkey until no longer pink.
