YOUR SOLIN GENERATED RECIPE
Smoked pork ribs rubbed with aromatic spices and slow-cooked until tender, finished with a tangy vinegar mop for a succulent and smoky bite.
INGREDIENTS
7 oz Pork baby back ribs
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Onion powder
0.5 tsp Chili powder
0.5 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar-free BBQ sauce
PREPARATION
Prepare the ribs by removing the thin silver skin membrane from the bone side of the rack.
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Apply the dry rub generously to both sides of the ribs, pressing the spices into the meat.
Preheat your smoker or oven to 225°F (107°C).
Place the ribs on the rack and smoke for approximately 3 hours, or until the meat begins to pull back from the bones.
Every hour, lightly spritz or mop the ribs with the apple cider vinegar to keep the exterior moist.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush a thin layer of sugar-free BBQ sauce over the top of the ribs.
Remove the ribs from the heat and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing between the bones to serve.
