Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish with a touch of coconut oil or avocado oil.
Drain the extra firm tofu and pat it dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a high-speed blender, combine the tofu, egg whites, vanilla extract, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, sea salt, and baking powder.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches a custard-like consistency.
Pour the blended mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in the rolled oats and hemp hearts by hand until well combined.
Gently fold in half of the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Scatter the remaining blueberries over the top, pressing them slightly into the batter.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is firm to the touch and the edges are lightly golden.
Let the baked oatmeal cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow the texture to set.
