Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small glass bowl, whisk together the honey, tamari, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger until well combined.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place the spears on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season with half of the sea salt and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
Season the salmon fillet with the remaining salt and pepper, then place it on the other side of the baking sheet.
Brush half of the honey-tamari glaze generously over the top and sides of the salmon fillet.
Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
Remove from the oven, drizzle the remaining glaze and fresh lemon juice over the salmon, and serve immediately.
