Add the diced sweet potatoes to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.
Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the ground turkey, diced onion, and diced bell pepper to the empty side.
Cook the turkey, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until it is browned and cooked through.
Stir the potatoes back into the turkey mixture and season with garlic powder, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Add the fresh baby spinach to the skillet and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the spinach is just wilted.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
