Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Slice the sweet potato into 1/2-inch thick wedges and place them on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the sweet potato wedges with 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes to give them a head start.
While the potatoes roast, place the chicken tenders and broccoli florets in a mixing bowl.
Toss the chicken and broccoli with the remaining 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, flip the sweet potato wedges, and arrange the seasoned chicken and broccoli on the other side of the pan.
Return the sheet to the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is slightly charred and crisp.
Divide the chicken, broccoli, and sweet potato wedges onto a plate and serve immediately.
