Dip the chicken breast into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off, then press firmly into the almond flour mixture to coat both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
Spoon the marinara sauce over the center of the chicken and sprinkle with the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with freshly chopped basil and serve immediately.
