Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Wash and cut the red potatoes into 1-inch cubes, and trim the ends off the fresh green beans.
In a medium bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with 0.5 tsp of olive oil and half of the salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are roasting, mince the garlic and rub the steak with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, and the rest of the salt, pepper, and herbs.
Remove the pan from the oven, push the potatoes to one side, and place the steak and green beans on the other side of the pan.
Return the pan to the oven and roast for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.
Remove from the oven and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain to serve with the vegetables.
