Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the empty space, scrambling it until fully cooked.
Stir in the cooked brown rice, frozen peas, and cooked chicken, tossing everything together to combine.
Pour the tamari over the mixture and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the rice is slightly crisp and everything is heated through.
Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve immediately.
