Dip the chicken breast into the whisked egg, then press into the almond flour mixture until evenly coated on both sides.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the coating is crisp.
Spoon the marinara sauce over the chicken and top with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
