INGREDIENTS
8 oz Raw shrimp
0.5 medium Corn on the cob
0.5 small Red potato
0.25 tbsp Ghee
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
0.5 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
0.5 whole Lemon
1 tbsp Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Fill a large pot with water and add the Old Bay seasoning and sea salt, then bring to a rolling boil.
Cut the corn on the cob in half and quarter the red potato.
Add the potato quarters to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the corn halves to the pot and continue boiling for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the shrimp to the pot and boil for 2 to 3 minutes until they are pink and opaque.
While the seafood boils, melt the ghee in a small saucepan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Drain the water from the pot, leaving the shrimp, corn, and potatoes inside.
Pour the garlic ghee over the seafood and vegetables, then add the black pepper and fresh lemon juice.
Toss everything gently to coat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
