INGREDIENTS
8 oz Shrimp
2 cup Green cabbage
1 medium Red bell pepper
0.5 medium Yellow onion
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Fresh ginger
2 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Green onions
PREPARATION
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Toss in the shredded cabbage, grated ginger, and minced garlic, stirring frequently for 4-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
Return the shrimp to the pan and drizzle with tamari and toasted sesame oil.
Toss everything together for 1 minute to combine the flavors and heat through.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
