Toss the broccoli florets with half of the olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and black pepper on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli for 15-20 minutes until the edges are tender and slightly charred.
While the broccoli roasts, season the salmon fillet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon in the pan skin-side up and sear for 4-5 minutes until a golden crust forms, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Warm the pre-cooked quinoa and toss it with the fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of herbs if desired.
Serve the seared salmon over the bed of quinoa with the roasted broccoli on the side.
