In the same skillet, add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and red onion, stir-frying for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 minute until highly fragrant.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the gochujang sauce over the meat and vegetables.
Toss everything together for 1 to 2 minutes until the glaze is thickened and coats every piece.
