Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a small baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, whisked half-egg, finely diced onion, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Gently mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat which can make it tough.
Form the mixture into a compact rectangular loaf shape and place it in the center of the prepared baking dish.
Lay the bacon slices over the top of the loaf, wrapping them around the sides and tucking the ends underneath the meatloaf.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the bacon-wrapped loaf.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the top.
Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165°F.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to ensure the juices redistribute.
