Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until clear, then cook according to package instructions using water.
Once the rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and stir in the rice vinegar and a pinch of sea salt.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and sear for 4 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
While the salmon cooks, whisk together the coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, and freshly grated ginger in a small bowl.
Steam the shelled edamame for 2 minutes until bright green and tender.
Thinly slice the cucumber and radishes into rounds.
Assemble the bowl by placing the seasoned rice at the base, followed by the seared salmon, edamame, cucumber, and radishes.
Drizzle the ginger-amino sauce over the entire bowl.
Garnish with nori strips and black sesame seeds before serving.
