Mince the garlic cloves and finely grate the fresh ginger.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper.
Cook the turkey while breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula until browned and fully cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and two tablespoons of water; cover with a lid for 2 minutes to steam-soften the broccoli.
Remove the lid and push the broccoli to the sides, then add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the center of the pan, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the cooked turkey to the skillet and pour in the coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil.
Toss all ingredients together for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp and everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
Garnish the stir-fry with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
