Season the salmon fillet with sea salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon and pour the ginger-tamari glaze over it, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside to rest.
In the same pan, toss the broccoli noodles in the remaining glaze for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Plate the broccoli noodles, top with the salmon, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
