Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the Russet potato thoroughly, prick it several times with a fork, and rub the skin with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
Place the potato directly on the oven rack and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the skin is crispy and the center is tender.
While the potato bakes, heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground turkey.
Cook the turkey until browned and cooked through, breaking it into small crumbles, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Steam the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water for about 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Once the potato is done, remove it from the oven and slice it open lengthwise, fluffing the interior with a fork.
Layer the seasoned ground turkey and steamed broccoli inside the potato.
Top the potato with a generous dollop of non-fat Greek yogurt and garnish with freshly chopped chives before serving.
