Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears and toss them on the baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Roast the asparagus for 8 minutes until they are just starting to become tender and bright green.
While the asparagus roasts, place the ground turkey in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook until browned and crumbled through.
Transfer the roasted asparagus and the cooked ground turkey into a small oven-safe baking dish or two individual ramekins.
Pour the liquid egg whites over the asparagus and turkey mixture, then carefully crack the two whole eggs on top, keeping the yolks intact.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the eggs and vegetables.
Place the dish back into the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the egg whites are completely opaque and the yolks reach a jammy consistency.
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped chives before serving warm.
