Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the Russet potato clean, prick it several times with a fork, and rub the skin with 0.5 tsp of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
Place the potato directly on the oven rack and bake for 45 to 60 minutes until the skin is crisp and the center is tender when pierced.
While the potato is baking, heat the remaining 0.5 tsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the skillet, breaking the meat apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked.
Steam the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Once the potato is finished, slice it down the center and fluff the interior with a fork.
Stuff the potato with the cooked ground turkey and steamed broccoli, then top with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Return the loaded potato to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt as a clean alternative to sour cream and serve immediately.
