1 cup Mixed greens
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Fresh parsley
1 tbsp Fresh dill
1 tsp Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the chopped red potatoes and broccoli florets with half of the olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Spread the vegetables on the baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
While vegetables roast, mix the chopped parsley, dill, garlic powder, and remaining olive oil in a small bowl.
Pat the salmon fillet dry and press the herb mixture onto the top of the fish.
Move the vegetables to the side of the pan and place the salmon in the center.
Roast for another 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the potatoes are golden.
Serve the roasted salmon and vegetables over a bed of fresh mixed greens drizzled with lemon juice.
