Place wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet and refrigerate uncovered for 1-2 hours to dry the skin
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Bake wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown
While wings are baking, prepare the sauce by mincing garlic cloves
In a small saucepan, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar
Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened
When wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl
Pour the warm honey garlic sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated
Return wings to the wire rack and broil for 2-3 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and sticky
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
