I love Cheryl’s challenges! I’ve been lifting for 10+ years and her sets are the best. Especially as I’m approaching 57 this year, her challenges are doable, sustainable, and the perfect way to improve strength and endurance for longevity! So grateful I found her and Solin 💪🔥🙌

I absolutely love the flexibility that Kimmie provides in her training programs. I think it caters to all no matter their fitness level, I definitely recommend taking the chance on her training programs. Not only does she provide visual examples of each exercise but you also get a wonderful virtual community who keep each other motivated. I previously did the January challenge in March which was exceptional. Kate is a brilliant trainer, so when the March challenge came up i didn’t hesitate, we are in Week2 of 6 but this challenge has exceeded my expectations, I just love the energy it gives me, the daily updates, plus tips and ideas that we get from Kate. My body changed on the first challenge but already i notice further changes, with my balance, strength and body shape. I also enjoy the community spirit that comes with Kate’s challenges, everyone supports each other which is wonderful. I wish Kate every success, cause she surely deserves it. Anyone looking to join Kate in the future or even now you can join the March challenge, you will not find a better trainer. The big plus is the challenges are yours for life. so win!win!🙌👏👏🌟👍🎉🎉❤️ I

I’ve been really enjoying Jens 6 week program! There’s the core movements every week but a few different exercises thrown in too to keep it interesting. I’d recommend it to any level

I’ve been doing small group training for several years. Although there was always a trainer with us and watching, I realized the workouts really were not appropriate and beneficial for me ate Age 54. The jumping and heavy strength while completing specific # of movements within a specific timeframe was not serving me well. My recovery and injuries were really effecting my daily WOs. I then started modifying more and more movements and decided I was not benefiting at all. I was also doing spin several times/wk. Loved it but also wondered if that was causing some low back issues. Decided to step away from the gym and figure out another way to stay fit and healthy. I started doing quick minutes and then Kate’s WOs. Felt amazing over a couple weeks. Injury free and felt great. Decided to do the challenge. I no longer miss the 1-1.5hrs spent at the gym. Loving Quick Minutes and WOs. Kate is awesome. Love the way she explains everything and talks you through the movements within intention, motivation and reality that most of us do not look like her nor will be able to move like her, at this point. She’s the best I’ve seen. Look forward to my WOs each day!

Loved all the exercises. Wish there was some mobility added to it. And few more sets. For intermediate trainer feels like it’s not enough !
