So far I am really liking the challenge and the app! Only thing I would suggest is the weeks change as you progress through the weeks vs having to click the week you are on if that makes sense. I have used Trainerize in the past and like that you can upload weekly photos and daily weigh ins as your body changes week to week that gave me motivation and let me see how my body was fluctuating depending on how I ate, hydration and good ol hormones

I have loved this challenge so much, for someone who has worked out for years it’s nice to try some new challenges. The Pilates and pelvic floor addition to this is awesome, I’ve noticed major changes in my core. I also like that after this is over, we will continue to have access to the content for future! Sarah, thanks so much for taking time to create this and help all of us women feel better in multiple areas of our lives. ❤️

I love Sarah’s program. I’m 50 years old have done many programs but never really tracked weight as much as I have with this program and it helps to really increase your weight. I will be doing if for another 6 weeks after this one is done.

I loved the workouts. They were just the right amount of time. Some workouts lacked a video so that needs to be fixed. I also would recommend a basic breakdown of gym lingo for those just starting there workout journey. Example what a superset, rep, sets, etc mean.

I really enjoy this program! I love how there is a gym option or a home option. The Pilates flow layout was confusing at first. It made it seem like it was required to do all. I would incorporate this in each of the Gym or Home workouts right away in the beginning prior to the actual workout. Otherwise, I love this program!

I love the workout tracking and how easy it is to communicate with the community. I don’t like that there is not a way to track body weight or measurements.
