Enjoying the flows and becoming familiar with some “new to me” equipment in the world of mat Pilates. I can’t get over how fired up my triceps were using the ring! My hamstrings are taking a beating as well. Sarah does a great job with all of her reminders to reset and refocus to get your best mind-muscle connections in order to really fully engage my core.
