Finally something I can do at home and hold myself accountable. Pilates workouts are insane, I’ve never known I had so many muscles that could be so sore the next day. Great price and great content that’s not hard to follow along.

I love this program! I love the app, the videos do each exercise, and the ability to log each set. The programming is challenging and has already hit muscles I don’t think I’ve ever targeted before. I’m some version of some every single day and if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t cha ge you! Thankful for such a great program that is crazy affordable and such a huge value!

In just the first week this challenge has pushed me to take my lifts to the next level! For the past 6 months I found myself getting complacent and not seeing notable gains. I can tell that is going to change and I will see gains by the end of this 6 weeks and I am so damn excited for that! The program was great! After working out for so long, sometimes it's nice to have set programming and mix up your workouts. I liked the focus on legs 2x per week and also really enjoyed the body weight flow pilates. I made my brother and friends do some of the workouts with me, and they were thoroughly impressed. Can't wait to shuffle back through these when I need inspo/can't plan a workout.

The exercises were awesome! I learned new moves and the videos showing how to do the exercises were super helpful, along with the exercise scheduling provided by Sarah was a perfect guideline. The only complaint I have is that there was no mention of how the challenge was against other fitness influencers and their groups. There were 30+ groups going for the same cash prizes. It was only mentioned there was potential cash prizes and it was made out to be (and assumed) was against our group only, Fit For LIfe Challenge. Never was it mentioned other groups were going for the same cash prizes. I found this slightly discouraging once I found out in the welcome email from Solin but tried to use this more as a motivation. I wished it was fully disclosed on all details of the challenge and who we were competing against.

So far I am really liking the challenge and the app! Only thing I would suggest is the weeks change as you progress through the weeks vs having to click the week you are on if that makes sense. I have used Trainerize in the past and like that you can upload weekly photos and daily weigh ins as your body changes week to week that gave me motivation and let me see how my body was fluctuating depending on how I ate, hydration and good ol hormones

I have loved this challenge so much, for someone who has worked out for years it’s nice to try some new challenges. The Pilates and pelvic floor addition to this is awesome, I’ve noticed major changes in my core. I also like that after this is over, we will continue to have access to the content for future! Sarah, thanks so much for taking time to create this and help all of us women feel better in multiple areas of our lives. ❤️

I love Sarah’s program. I’m 50 years old have done many programs but never really tracked weight as much as I have with this program and it helps to really increase your weight. I will be doing if for another 6 weeks after this one is done.

I loved the workouts. They were just the right amount of time. Some workouts lacked a video so that needs to be fixed. I also would recommend a basic breakdown of gym lingo for those just starting there workout journey. Example what a superset, rep, sets, etc mean.

The over hand rows were recorded in the gym on a smith machine for the home edition. I wish they were recorded with dumbbells.

I really enjoy this program! I love how there is a gym option or a home option. The Pilates flow layout was confusing at first. It made it seem like it was required to do all. I would incorporate this in each of the Gym or Home workouts right away in the beginning prior to the actual workout. Otherwise, I love this program!

I love the workout tracking and how easy it is to communicate with the community. I don’t like that there is not a way to track body weight or measurements.
