I know pregnancy, early postpartum, and mom life is a wild ride (trust me—I’ve had 3 kids in 4 years). So this challenge makes things as simple and doable as possible.

Five Minutes of Movement is a prenatal & postpartum yoga challenge that helps you feel stronger, more grounded, and more like you—in just about five minutes a day.

Each month, we follow one simple yoga sequence together. This month's challenge is called “Happy Spine, Happy Mind,” where we're focusing on releasing tension and building strength in the spine to combat things like the pregnancy waddle, slouching from holding/wearing/feeding babies, and overall poor posture!

You’ll:

  • Return to the same short flow daily—no complicated choreography to learn each day

  • Use the longer intro video to get familiar with the flow on Day 1

  • Stay connected with other participants through our private in-app community group

Hi, I’m Sarah Almodovar! I'm a certified pre/postnatal yoga teacher, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and mom of three. I’m a big believer in small, sustainable steps. After becoming a mom myself, I realized how hard it is to make space for yourself in a season that demands so much of you. I created the 5 Minutes of Movement challenge because I know what it’s like to want a routine, but not have the time or energy for something complicated. This challenge is your invitation to start small and keep showing up. Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of women through every stage of this journey—from the first trimester to years after giving birth. I’ve had three unmedicated home births myself and have helped many moms move toward more peaceful, empowering birth and recovery experiences. My teaching blends anatomy-based knowledge with lived experience, and I always lead with compassion, practicality, and zero pressure. This challenge is about building strength and consistency in a way that actually fits your life.
