This program is one of a kind. My entire mentally around fitness has changed. I have been in the space for a while and even with the experience and education, I never felt like I had a solid foundation to build upon until now. Reordering my entire life - not just parts of it - around God has been life changing. One thing I especially loved was that the devotional was weekly instead of daily. It allowed me to really sit with the scriptures and the theme for the entire week. That space gave the Word time to settle in and allowed God to stir things in my heart in a really meaningful way. I’m so grateful for this program and can’t wait to continue building on what it has started in my life.

I looooove Sarah’s program and style of teaching. I originally found her from the Ladder app and was sad when she stepped away. Knowing that she stepped away to dive deeper and add meaning to her new and approved program means everything. I love how she’s implemented cardio in every session especially the sprints. I never knew I’d enjoy running as much as I did prior to this 6 week program. I’m now running 5Ks every Saturday because of her. I really hope she continues!

This has been the BEST experience with a fitness program!! I’ve been part of many others and they do not compare to the community, consistency, and unity of Sarah’s RE:FORM. Not only am I seeing physical results, but this faith-based program is producing spiritual results as well. 10/10 would recommend
