Liked the variety of exercises and the level of intensity. The Home substitutions were helpful since I no longer go to a gym. I got the program to shake up my own routine and to add a more functional and combative aspect back into my mix. I have a martial arts background so it's nice to incorporate the bagwork and weighted punches, something I already do but this gave me more consistency and structure.

Outstanding content, the workouts are challenging and also Muay Thai focused, which I really like. Sarah's technique is terrific, and shows you what "right" looks like. Some of the exercises have no videos or explanation (ie "shadowboxing drills phase 1", no video or description of what that is) and some of the "home" exercises are no different from the gym and involve things like throwing a medicine ball against the wall, which may not be feasible for everyone. Bottom line, I have improved a great deal in Muay Thai since I started doing this program, and it's been less than a month. Absolutely worth the cost.

Love the intensity of this workout and the combat aspect. Wish there was a little more weight-lifting emphasis on the chest and arms but I realize this is more focused on fight conditioning and not bodybuilding. It's a great all-around functional fitness routine. I can see myself repeating this workout several times beyond the 6 weeks. I'll sprinkle in my own weight-lifting days between these workout days.
