The workouts are amazing!!!! Love the home and gym version, the video demos and the community that is built! The accountability that is held from the community built is amazing; however more engagement from the creator would’ve added the cherry on top. Overall, I def will redo the challenge in the future because it’s that good.

I love that there are demonstration videos and notes on how to properly do each exercise. The community chat has helped me so much in staying accountable. Seeing everyone post their progress gives me motivation to complete my workouts.
