I truly enjoyed this challenge and would advise anyone who is uncertain if they want to join the next one, that it’s absolutely worth the money, the time and the effort. Shauna is such a great coach, sharing all her knowledge in the best and easiest way to understand. The challenge has built a strong foundation for me to keep going on my own. The community and Shauna helped to also shift my mindset, not chasing the scale but looking for other signs, like measurement and pictures. Comparing the before and after pictures I’m really proud of what I have achieved with this great bunch of women., especially Shauna 😍

I am so happy that I came across Shauna on Instagram. She is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Just turning 42, I couldn’t believe how much my body has changed in the last year. Everything that I used to do no longer was working. I was lost, and struggling on why? I started to listen to her podcasts and then signed up right away when I heard she was starting a challenge. I couldn’t believe the difference in my body in just 8 short weeks. I only lost a few lbs during the deficit, but the difference in my muscle tone was crazy. After the challenge, I immediately started Strong Vol. 1. I’m staying consistent. I plan on doing another deficit after the holidays, while I continue to stay in a reverse maintenance diet while I cont to build muscle. I know it takes time. I’m patient but I also can’t wait to see how I will look a year from when I first started. Finally, a program that actually works! I will continue to recommend Shauna. She is amazing, and I’m so thankful for her. 🫶🏼

Having worked with Shauna, I was really looking forward to this challenge. Neither her nor the challenge disappointed. The workouts were not only clearly explained but the videos were also helpful. Although I used the gym workouts, it was really nice to see that there were home workouts available too. The progression of the challenge really pushed me each week. What was really nice in addition to the workouts, there was the community where you could not only post, interact with other members but Shauna was also actively participating as well. So while the challenge was done solo, it didn't feel like I was doing it alone and while not 1:1 was still getting support from Shauna. I definitely recommend not only the challenge but working with Shauna (whether it be 1:1, or group membership) to any woman over 40 who wants to get strong and be supported by someone who actually understands what is happening with women over 40, has the tools to provide support in reaching our fitness goals and a real person who is also over 40 going through her own fitness journey.

I have been a bootcamp girl for several years now and wanted to try strength training to see how I liked it. I’m over 50 now and was tired of being tired all of the time. Myself and 2 friends signed up for your summer challenge and we have enjoyed every minute of it. We can definitely see a difference in our strength from week 1 to week 6. The workouts are just what we needed and loved your system of adding weight and getting stronger from week to week. I am looking forward to subscribing to your next workout sessions!
