I’m so excited my Snatched for Summer challenge is finally here! This is the 2.0 version of my strength + pilates program. If your goal is to lose fat, this is what I’m doing to get as snatched as possible for bikini season… I wanted you all to be able to join me!
This challenge will be a fun combo of Strength, Pilates, Abs, & Cardio routines, but more than that, it’s an opportunity to change up our routines, start fresh, & better ourselves.
I can’t wait to reset, have fun, boost my journey, & get Snatched for Summer alongside all of you!

CHALLENGE OVERVIEW:
✅ Gym is preferred, but not NEEDED.
✅ Every other week the ab workouts, pilates upper body days and pilates glute day’s will change to keep it fun.
✅ Busy schedule friendly (minimum of 3-4x workouts a week needed)
✅ Dumbbell versions will be there to help out those who do not have access to a gym!
✅ If doing the home version, results will vary. You can find most items on Shein and Amazon!
