 NECESSITIES:

  • Gym

  • One pair of 2-3 lb weights

  • Yoga Matt or something to lay on for Pilates

  • Fit ball or light circular object

  • Chair or bench

Over the next 3 months, we will be doing the same exact weight training every week but the pilates videos will change up, which is how I've trained for my figure. This training is crucial to form that version of yourself, but your diet will be too. Here I have your nutrition principles depending on if you want to tone, or lose weight.

OVERVIEW

Pilates and strength training is exactly my routine/split I've stuck to for months and I plan to stick to for the foreseeable future. It’s made me feel more confident, helped with my posture, and my waist while still keeping a nice booty. This program has a little bit of everything. Don’t forget that this still requires discipline to achieve your goals, but I can assure you that not only this body will help your figure change tremendously, but it will make you feel better too. I bought it specially from you bc I felt seen in the arms area at the beginning when you thought it was only genetics, but in reality, lower weight and more reps also worked for me.
