Although my progress pictures are not near as drastic as they have been (less fat to lose now lol) I can feel myself getting so much stronger physically and mentally. I am only 4 pounds heavier than I was when I got married 7 years ago, although I was looking at pictures from my wedding and I look much healthier and stronger now. My 6 Week BBB Mindset Reset Challenge is a lifting program with 2 Lower Body lifts, 2 Upper Body & Core/Abs lifts, 1 Full Body lift, and 1 cardio session per week. You can do the entire program in the comfort of your own home using dumbbells and resistance bands. This program is made up of my favorite workouts that will help you build muscle, gain strength, gain confidence and burn fat. We are going to build every single muscle with focus on glutes, quads, back, shoulders and core. These exercises are my absolute favourites that I do for myself.
The program is simple but challenging and suitable for all fitness levels with beginner & diastasis recti modifications that will be added to the video demos.

BECKY!! I needed this challenge so much!! Not so much for my physical appearance but for my mental and emotional health. This challenge started right after I had completed 6 rounds of chemo from being diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. Chemo does so much to your body so I started the challenge lacking the strength I once had and ending it being the strongest I've been. I hadn't picked up a weight in 5 months and I was terrified on how I was to even begin, but your challenge gave me the courage to. The courage to put my fears aside, the courage to start over again and the courage to find myself again!!! THANK YOU!!! You have a follower for life!! ❤️ Love always, Juby
In summary, this challenge was FUN and not work. Not a single time did I not enjoy the workouts and because of the 'challenge' aspect of it, it kept me so motivated. I put up a note right next to my bedroom door that read "Be Like Becky" so that every morning I would wake up and that would be the first ting I saw before I walked out of my room to start the day. It was truly motivating. I plan to repeat the challenge for another 6 weeks starting Monday. I can't wait. I just can't thank you enough for all you're doing... it's truly made a difference in my journey. You've gained yet another loyal follower in me!!! Can't wait for the next challenge!!! Hi Becky happy Saturday. The challenge is over but a healthy lifestyle has just started for me. This challenge have changed me so far and I love who I am today! Knowing that I can actually do it! Working out doesn't feel like a chore to me anymore but it's an appointment with myself (more of a me time). I can't wait to see how far I can go with it thanks to you
This is my third challenge and each time I'm so impressed with my results! I can't thank you enough for the workout content you provide. I've done several other workout programs and classes, but I've never seen such noticeable improvement in myself like I do with yours!
