This program includes a consistent progressive overload training program with some of my favorite exercises that I used to develop my physique.

Each set of every exercise is supposed to be to absolute failure. If you are not willing to train every set to failure, this program is not for you. Each time you walk into the gym, I am expecting you to be training as hard as you can. Either train hard or go home!
