Every time Sam would explain a movement I would day to myself " is she crazy? I can't do that! But then she'll hype you and encourage you and not only I could do it but I could finished all rounds. I ended this challenge feeling extremely proud of myself and pump to keep getting healthier and healthier! Thank you Sam for putting together an A+ program.

I love how Sam makes you feel like she’s in the same room with you! These workouts are perfect for someone like me who loves a challenge but prefers shorter workouts. I found SoManti, aka Sam’s fitness program through my cousin who shared a challenge she was participating in during the pandemic. My fitness regimen prior to finding SoManti consisted primarily of doing all the cardio, which I despised. I am on my second year of renewing my subscription and I’m hooked. A regular gym membership is nice, and at times I still go with my husband, but I can’t rave about the diversity and structure these workouts provide in my fitness journey. While I have some weight loss goals, I primarily workout now to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle and this program has really helped me towards this goal. Also, while some of the movements may feel intimidating at first, especially for a weight training rookie, you’d be surprised at how much your body can do if you try. I love it here! Last but not least, when I tell you Sam is the best energizer bunny, cheerleader, snatcher of edges you could have as a trainer!
