My fitness journey began long before I was a Division-1 athlete. I started weightlifting at 13 years old and fell in love with fitness. From an all-American in high school, to competing in 2 NCAA National Championship Finals, to even playing in olympic development programs, my water polo journey was quite the adventure. Though I no longer play competitively, I still love to incorporate swimming into my training because I know it’s the BEST exercise in the world.
