This challenge was the first step I took to align myself with my health and fitness goals and it did not disappoint. It was structured in a way that was beginner friendly, simple to follow, and just the right time frame so you don’t get overwhelmed. I lost 7 lbs the first time around and I’m once again using this challenge to reset because it yields results!! Thank you Coach Dee for providing challenges and a safe space for me to become the best version of myself!!!

I purchased the Fit & Boujee 12 week Shred with Dee because her program has proven results. The workouts are easy to follow, challenging, and effective.
