OVERVIEW

This training protocol is specifically meant to help you gain muscle, but can also be used to lean out. I will be providing nutrition guidance for muscle gain, recomp, & fat loss. 

You will be lifting 4 days / week. Each workout is intense, but you will be putting in the work necessary to build muscle.

This program can be used for consecutive periods to create a 12- or 18-week protocol as well.
