Stop waiting for January to start.
Project 2027: The Head Start is a 10-week challenge designed to help you build your glutes, drop body fat, lean out, and get stronger so you can walk into the new year already ahead.
Most people spend the final months of the year putting their goals off, losing their routine, and promising they’ll start over in January. This challenge is your opportunity to do the opposite.
Over the next 10 weeks, you’ll build momentum, create structure, get stronger, and prove to yourself what can happen when you stop waiting and actually follow through.
YOUR 10-WEEK TRAINING PLAN
You’ll have six workouts available each week, built around four main strength days and two bonus days:
• Two lower-body days focused on building and shaping your glutes while strengthening your entire lower body
• Two upper-body days focused on building strength and definition
• One bonus full-body conditioning day to challenge your entire body, improve your conditioning, and get you moving differently
• One bonus active recovery + mobility day to help you recover, improve mobility, and keep your body moving and feeling its best
Your goal is to complete the four main strength workouts each week. The other two sessions are bonus opportunities to move your body based on your schedule, recovery, and fitness level.
If you’re feeling good and want an additional challenge, add the full-body conditioning workout. If your body needs something lighter, use the active recovery and mobility session. And if your body needs rest, take it.
This program isn't about seeing how much you can possibly fit into one week. It's about learning how to build a routine you can actually maintain.
The workouts are progressive, so you won't simply repeat the same routine for 10 weeks. The challenge is divided into two phases. The first five weeks are about building your foundation, improving your technique, and establishing your strength. During the second five weeks, you'll take what you built and push it further with progressed movements, increased intensity, and new opportunities to challenge yourself.
By the end, you'll be able to look back at where you started and actually see how much stronger you've become.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
Inside the challenge, you’ll have:
• 10 weeks of structured, progressive training
• Six workouts available each week
• Four main strength-training days
• One bonus full-body conditioning day
• One bonus active recovery + mobility day
• Two progressive training phases
• Clear sets, reps, and exercise instructions
• Coaching cues to help you perform each movement correctly
• Video demonstrations for every movement
• Modifications to meet you at your current fitness level
• Warm-ups and cooldowns built into your training
• Progress tracking so you can see how far you’ve come
• A complete schedule so you never have to wonder what to do next
Everything is laid out for you. Your job is to show up, follow the plan, and give each week your best effort.
THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU IF…
You want to build and shape your glutes, lose body fat, get stronger, lean out, or simply feel more confident in your body.
It’s also for you if you’re tired of starting and stopping, feel unsure about what to do when you walk into the gym, or know you're capable of being consistent but haven't been giving yourself the same effort you give everything else in your life.
You don't need to be advanced. You don't need to already be in your best shape. And you don't need six free days every week to make this work.
You just need to be ready to commit to yourself for the next 10 weeks.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT DOING THE MOST
You don't need extreme workouts, six hard training days, an all-or-nothing mindset, or a perfect 10 weeks to make progress.
You need the right plan, consistent effort, and the willingness to keep showing up even when motivation isn't there.
Your four main strength days are the foundation. The bonus sessions are there when you want to do more, move differently, or give your body some extra attention.
The goal isn't perfection. The goal is to stop being the person who keeps saying they'll start and become the person who actually follows through.
Whether your biggest goal is losing weight, building your glutes, getting stronger, or simply feeling more confident in your body, these 10 weeks are about creating real momentum and showing yourself what can happen when you actually stick to the plan.
Most people will wait until January 1st to get serious.
You'll already be 10 weeks ahead.
