OVERVIEW

This “21 Day Summer Shred” challenge will be a 3 week test of hard work, consistency, and forming healthy habits. This challenge will be momentum for you becoming your own body goals this summer. While it will take more than 21 days to reach your desired fitness goals, it will be a great launching pad for creating those healthy habits. Although there is a cash prize for the “best transformation”your main focus and competition should be yourself. Again, if you want a chance to qualify for the cash prize your Before pictures must be sent in before the start of the challenge, failing to do so will disqualify you from a chance to win. 

CHALLENGE BEGINS JUNE 6TH 

ENDS JUNE 26TH

BEFORE PICTURE INSTRUCTIONS:

Deadline to send in before pictures is June 5th

  • A picture facing forward (holding a paper chest height)
  • Written on paper: Name, Weight, Date of Picture
  • A picture with back facing camera with arms forming a “T”
  • A picture of side profile with arms straight forward
  • Pictures should be from the neck down showing no faces
  • Women can wear bikini top & bottom or tank top and shorts
  • Men can wear shorts or swim trunks while shirtless 

AFTER PICTURE INSRTUCTIONS:

  • Same format as before pictures 
  • Only Accepting “After Pictures” June 27th & 28th

Dumbbell Program

Challenging program but SO worth it. If you don't transform after this program then you need to up the intensity in your movements or focus on intentional muscle activation (feeling the muscle being attacked as you do the movements).
