So first dislikes: I wish the Light upper body day had more workouts for upper and less HIIT especially with all the cardio we were already doing. I also hope for the next plan we get more calf workouts for leg days. I feel like my glutes hams and quads got love but not so much my calves. Also some substitutions workouts for more advanced exercises, like I couldnt deadlift for the life of me so I would just do goodmornings instead Likes: overall great plan! I saw major changes in my body and huge increase in my endurance, running 2 miles seems like light work now. The community aspect was great for motivation and I love how interactive you were as well. 5 stars you are doing the thing girl!!!
