These workouts are broken down in such a straightforward easy to follow way. These workouts will also push you and test you, for the better (of course!). Week 2 only started and I am so excited to have finally found something that I know I can and will follow even after these 6 week are done. It's only the beginning from here! šŖš¾ā°

Iāve been a fan of Gina on IG for a while and this is her first challenge Iāve ever done and Iām loving it. Itās only been a week and coupled with my diet changes (which she gives advice on in the challenge), I already am seeing changes; not only on my body, but my mood, stamina, and sleep. So glad I pulled the trigger. Canāt wait to see what Iāve done at week 6!

I like the app- makes tracking lifts and progress way easier. I think thereās a bit too much variability in the workouts week to week. I would be cool w the same split w the same moves for 6 weeks so I can truly progressively overload. For example- I was loving incline bench press and then the subsequent weeks that excessive was replaces w machine chest press⦠would have much rather kept the incline bench press for the whole program if possible ! Also condensing the leg days to two days of lifts would be useful and adding more āconditioningā to the leg and conditioning day

This has been the best workout app so far. I love the motivation from actual people doing the all together. I also like that there are home versions an gym versions. I also like that each exercise has a video to show you how to exactly move and so the exercises. I am very pleased with my purchase

It is difficult to transform the food measurements to european system (grams). So everything takes way longer to prepare at first. It would be great, if this were already an option to simply transform in the begining, since now i have to help myself with alps that count calories as well to find an approximate equivalent amount of food.

Itās good, but itās not beginner friendly. Some of these workouts could get someone seriously injured. You have to earn a certain workout, Iāve been working out since March 2025, and I still canāt do a pull up (I am working my way to it) There are also no alternative workouts, should be a place to ask this.

Some of these recipes look really good but I am a vegetarian, and it was not clear that this cookbook is for meat-eaters. I love Gina but would appreciate if some alternative meals were added in for non-meat-eaters ā¤ļø

So far I have enjoyed the program and like the option to track workouts but am finding that, as someone already with a lot of experience, it is relatively basic and there isnāt quite enough option for adding additional challenge (ie adv variations). I also wouldāve like to have seen proper warm up and cool down /stretch included in the program for each day that is targeted to the muscle group of that day. Lastly I think it would be great to have a daily section added where the person could write before/after starting the session how they are feeling or any notes for that day. Eg things like tiredness level, period , injury or any other personal reflections for the day that may have an effect on the workout and how the person felt during or after. That way when looking back at the tracking and rep range itās better to understand what was going on in our body that day.

The videos donāt provide enough direction with each there should be an explanation on how to Properly do the exercises whether in writing or voice over instructions. Itās frustrating that there isnāt any. Also no contact with the trainer herself only AI generated responses that are unhelpful. Third, the rep vs seconds should be reviewed some are incorrectly noted. A lot of Room for improvement.
